Since joining Sanyou Intellectual Property in 2018, Mr. Sun has holistically overseen the group's strategic digital and intelligent transformation. He has introduced leading-edge international digital technologies and management practices, driving the innovation and upgrading of the group's business and operational management models. Mr. Sun successfully led the development and launch of several innovative digital service products, including an Internet Infringement Monitoring & Rights Protection System and an Online Evidence Preservation Tool, which significantly boosted customer satisfaction and market competitiveness. Through digital transformation initiatives, he optimized internal process efficiency and reduced corporate operational costs. He has also successfully established strategic digital service partnerships with dozens of leading domestic and international companies within niche sectors, further consolidating and expanding the group's leading position in the intellectual property services market.
Previously, Mr. Sun served as a Product Expert at Wind Information, was the Founder of German Life Assistant and German Business Assistant, and worked as a Consultant at Accenture. He possesses extensive experience in business strategy, IT solutions, market entry, and cross-border project management. He is adept at integrating emerging technologies such as Big Data and Artificial Intelligence into specific business scenarios to drive growth.
